What my body should look like after treating scabies with permethin cream 5X?

Hi recently had scabies, had no idea, till my girl actually found out and i gave it to her (>.<) i think i had it not SUPER bad but it was getting bad, lots of bumps on my ***, i was wondering how it clears up after you use the permethin cream, it is still itchy not as bad, but i feel like im seeing new papules, is that normal? is the body adjusting to the feces eggs and dead mites? anyone that has had scabies advice would be lovely, do these papules go away?
