Do you need to love caring for people to be a Doctor, or is it ok to just do it for the money?

Because I'm not sure I really love taking care of people and I'm definitely turned off by dealing with human wastes (like vomit and diapers/feces), but the money aspect of it is very appealing. I do love money.
