I'm 34 weeks prego, my baby doesn't move or hb accelerate durin nst. what should my dr be doin for this?

I am 35 weeks and all through my pregnancy I have never felt a lot of movement, I haven't been for a test but I am going for a scan this week as baby is breech so I dont know if that makes any difference to movement.
