How much weight will i lose on this diet?
Your a good bit of body fat i`m guessing right? I would say up your calories to about 1500, 100 is just not enough, your body will be forced to breakdown your muscle and turn it into sugars to store fat. Which gives you a flabbier appearance. Don't judge your goals by the scale, go to the bathroom right now, take your shirt off and take a picture of each side of you, do that again in four weeks. But if your gonna go by the scale, the rule of thumb is 1-2lbs a week or your burning through muscle. also take in the fact of waterweight. Good luck, keep this going, it's a long term game, you have to stick with it to see the best results
