How should my sister cut her hair(she's 11)?

Okay I know I asked this already but the last question didn't really help.My sister is starting middle school and doesn't know how to cut her hair.She has an oval face and dark brown hair that goes an inch and a half past her shoulders.Her bangs are long and she usually clips them up.She was thinking of cutting her hair like Rachel Berry from glee season 2 or getting choppy layers or just plain old layers with side bangs.She doesn't want anything above her shoulders.Thanks
