He asked me out... does he really mean it!!?? PLEASE ANSWER NO ONE IS ANSWERING!!!?

Okay this guy (hide his name 2 HB) and i have known eachother 4 4yrs,, we always annoy eachother and make fun ... i dont try and get his attention.. but he does.. always pokes me when im bored and makes skull a bit more exciting ... his popular and girls admire him ALOT! He always calls me and asks questions and gets angry and grabs my attention when im around other boys.. he's stupid but sometimes gentleman.. he asked me out yesterday and i didnt give an answer do u think he means it or his playing a trick?? :( please help im confuse :(
