Bringing rabies to work through planting traps?

my co-worker told me one day that she was planting raccoon traps, is there any way she could bring the virus(rabies) to work(pharmacy)? she was only planting traps and cleaning up the feces, she said she hadn't seen any of the raccoons. they were crapping on her deck? could she bring the virus to work if the raccoon has rabies, someone also told me all raccoons have rabies?
