Lifting Weights Questions?
Well Im going to be a Sophmore and im starting on the varsity football team and i did last year as a freshman at CB and I had not really lifted any weights or anything. I am almost 6 foot but im like barely 5'11 and was wondering whhat better to do like alot of weight and less reps. or less weight and more reps because football starts in like 2 weeks and i've only ran and done sprints. I want to be a hb or linebacker this year. I weigh 180 pounds, but most of my muscle come from my legs so yeah. Also what works your pecks? Any ideas for a good lifting schedule for me would be very helpful thanks! And if you know anything that will gian muscle really fast that would be awesome my camps start in 3 weeks and im running a 4.4 Forty and dont want to get stuck at cb again if i dont have a build for running back!
