:'( I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!!?

I think i'm going to die soon :( I am always feeling sick and everyone I talk to say I'm dieing. People gave me some advice to eat my own feces but I already tried that and I threw up twice :( I tried to eat that after and It tasted good :) but it hasn't seemed to help :( Am I dieing?/
