Photoshop won't import video?

I've got CS5 extended, and whenever I try to import video frames to layers, it tells me that QuickTime 7.1 or later is required. I have the latest version of QuickTime though, so that makes no sense. Is there any way to fix this? I've searched around but haven't found anything that's any help.
