After digital fecal removal done for a yr I now have superventricular tachycardia...will it ever normalize?

...I have done research and read that the vagal nerve is stimulated after digital fecal removal...I use to help my impacted feces pass by slightly stimulating them, a yr later I begin to get heart arrthymias and now PSVT and can only attribute the stimulation of the vagal nerve each time I did the digital fecal removal on myself....stupid I know, and I learned my lesson...what I want to know is will it ever go back to normal?
