How do i get the choice of Self catering etc.?

I am doing a project in school, it is to find hotel , stuff like that. I am trying to find 5 hotels in Niagaraa Falls NY self catered. When i go onto websites to check i am not given the choice of whether its sc/hb/ai......help plz !!!!!THXx :)
