Help my rabbit isn't eating, she also is ripping hair out from around her butt?

It appears to be matted feces there too, she isnt eating but is drinking water I think I heard a grinding sound too. There are no vets in my area open and the emergency line says it's disconnected I don't kno what to do she is only about 6 weeks
